Relatable.
Mental illness is growing rapidly amongst young people, yet so many struggle to find any relief from therapy - why is this? From my own personal experience of counselling, it was only when I saw someone closer to my age that I felt truly understood, and subsequently able to change.
In today’s fast-paced world, young people face a unique set of challenges — be it academic pressure, social expectations, or personal identity issues. As a dedicated young person counsellor, I understand the delicate balance required to support and empower.
Whether you’re navigating career and life choices, or coping with anxiety and depression, my goal is to be a trusted ally in your journey toward better knowing yourself.
Online
50-minute sessions via Zoom or Google meets. Pefect for a busy schedule and those who don’t want to ‘commute’ to therapy. Many people feel more comfortable discussing sensitive issues from a familiar environment.
Kick & chat
I’m excited to announce that I have been doing a series of house visits for young people. With the days getting longer these can be active garden based sessions. It is a much less daunting way for children and teens to get into counselling!
